Singapore Blocks Gay Web Site

The Media Development Authority of Singapore has banned a gay Web site, and fined a second one. The MDA claims to block 100 Web sites as a symbolic move, though ONI's research found only eight were filtered. This comes in the wake of the conviction of two Singapore bloggers for posting racist material on-line.
