ONI's Internet Watch Reports will investigate emerging trends in Internet filtering and control, taking a detailed look at events, policies, technologies and countries where filtering and content controls are occurring in new and unexpected ways, or where filtering has been alleged but undetected using conventional ONI testing methodologies. They are designed to test hypotheses, refine monitoring techniques and report on the cutting edge of the global informational battle space.
I heard a report on
I heard a report on BBC Radio 4 today (30/05/2006) a report about your work. How come I have only just heard of your work which I feel is essential to make sure that even democratic countries do not tamper with access to the web. I reluctantly accept the Internet Watch Foundation's work in identifying and blocking pornography related to children because of it's good intentions but no the less it also ranks as closing part of the web. Is this as bad as Saudia Arabia's content blocking?
Keep up the good work
